Time for a new (minor) release? #766

Thanks for the project and for the quick reviews lately. RPP is the backbone of our mobile parcel locker control software and I enjoy working with it.

The last release, v2.2.3, is from February. Since then v2 has collected changes that I think should reach users through a tag rather than only through the branch:

• #759 and the move to the AlexInLog organisation: CI on Qt 6.10, updated URLs in headers and docs
• #757: new share() operator, a shortcut for multicast() | ref_count() (btilds)
• #763 and #765: run_loop and new_thread (and so thread_pool) fire a timer queued from another thread at its own time instead of after a longer pending timer (fixes #761)
• #764: rppgrpc read and bidi client reactors post the first read before StartCall(), which removes a heap-use-after-free when a call ends immediately (fixes #762)

As you can see, two fixes are mine, so I am not exactly neutral here. 😉

If a release is not convenient right now, no problem at all, I just wanted to ask.
