Feature request: Stream video out #130

Idea: if one has multiple instances of DLC-Live-GUI running on different computer to have an option to have a single Viewer which can show all the camera views on remote machine. So grabbing some frames (doesnt have to be full resolution or full framerate) and sending them out over network to be picked up by the viewer. The pose estimation and video recordings should remain top priority and streaming just an option if resources are available.
