Schedule messages offline first and keep their state on the device - #6907
Third step of scheduled messages, on top of the model and calls from #6896: scheduling, editing, rescheduling, sending now and deleting are saved on the device first and sent to the server in the background, also offline and across restarts.
Implementation
New stream_chat_scheduled_message Room table (DB version 208), separate from the messages table, with the content, attachments and their upload state, and the changes the server does not have yet. Without the offline plugin, scheduled messages are kept in memory only (RepositoryFacade gets the repository from DatabaseRepositoryFactory).
ScheduledMessageManager changes them locally first; ChatClient.scheduledMessages (pending first, then failed) and scheduledMessages(cid, parentId) show them right away.
ScheduledMessageSender uploads attachments with AttachmentUploader, then creates, updates, sends now or deletes, one request at a time. Offline it waits and sends once connected; pending changes are sent at the next start.
Server answers: no scheduled_message (date passed) is saved as a sent message; 123, 124 and 404 drop the local copy; 122 is sent again once; other 4xx are rejections; 5xx, 408, 429 and no answer are a local RequestFailed, sent again by resendScheduledMessage.
A create with no answer may be on the server: a delete then reaches the server, and a repeated create is followed by an update with the local content.
Refused on the device: a / command in a channel with commands, and a quote of a deleted message.
Events, queryScheduledMessages and channel queries with includeScheduledMessages save into the store. A full query removes the ones the server no longer has; a result never brings back a message removed while it ran.
Channel.scheduledMessages is now non-null, filled from the local store by the channel state, and the active channel lists refresh when it changes (decided with André).
New: scheduleMessage (also on ChannelClient), rescheduleMessage, resendScheduledMessage. updateScheduledMessage, deleteScheduledMessage and sendScheduledMessageNow are now local first.
.api: updateScheduledMessage(String) is removed (unreleased, from Add the scheduled message model, events and client calls #6896; message is now required), and StateRegistry gets a trailing defaulted scheduledMessages parameter, which replaces its synthetic default constructor.
Differs from iOS: delete is local first. Known limit: an edit made while a send-now request is in flight is lost, as the message goes out with the earlier content. A "loaded or not" marker for the list comes with the sample in PR 4.
Testing
Nothing to test manually yet: the sample uses none of it until PR 4.
ScheduledMessageSenderTest, ScheduledMessageManagerTest, LocalScheduledMessageTest, ScheduledMessagesChannelsRefresherTest, ScheduledMessageRepositoryIntegrationTest (Room, Robolectric), plus cases in ChatClientScheduledMessagesApiTests, StateRegistryTest and MoshiChatApiTest. Timing uses runTest with virtual time.
Each production change was removed once to confirm a test fails without it.
Ran ./gradlew spotlessApply detekt apiDump testDebugUnitTest and :stream-chat-android-core:test (all modules): no Spotless changes, detekt passes, the .api diff is the one above, unit tests pass.

New Features
Added scheduled-message support, including scheduling messages and thread replies, viewing scheduled messages, editing their content or time, resending failed messages, sending immediately, and deleting.
Scheduled-message changes are reflected locally first and synchronized when possible. Messages are saved on the device and shown with their channel.
Loaded scheduled messages are available through client state and channel results.
Bug Fixes
Channels now consistently provide an empty list when scheduled messages aren’t available, rather than a nullable value.
Scheduling, editing, rescheduling, sending now and deleting a scheduled
message are saved locally first, in memory and in a new Room table kept
apart from the messages of the channels. ChatClient.scheduledMessages
shows them right away, pending ones first, then failed ones.
A sender owned by the client uploads the attachments with
AttachmentUploader, then schedules, updates, sends now or deletes on
the server, one request at a time. Offline, it waits and sends once
connected; changes left pending are sent at the next start. A 122
conflict is sent again once. A request that fails with no server answer
becomes a local RequestFailed failure that resendScheduledMessage sends
again.
A create answered without a scheduled message is saved as a sent
message, and 123 and 124 drop the local copy, as does a 404 on an
update or delete. A message deleted while its create is in flight is
deleted on the server once created. A slash command in a channel with
commands and a quote of a deleted message are refused on the device.
Events and full queries keep the local messages in line with the server.
Channel.scheduledMessages is no longer nullable: the channel state fills
it from the local messages.
…eduled messages
A create sent with no answer that the server did not store marks the
message as possibly on the server: a delete then reaches the server,
and a repeated create, which the server answers with the message it
stored first, is followed by an update with the local content and any
new date. A repeated create of a message the server already sent, as
its date had passed, drops the local copy. Only a 4xx other than 408
and 429 counts as a rejection; 5xx and unknown outcomes are local
request failures.
Deletes are local first. A server delete that fails shows the message
again with the failure. Send now clears a failure of the latest
changes. A deleted message can't be edited, rescheduled, sent now or
resent, and scheduling an ID that already exists is refused.
Query results never bring back a message removed while the query ran,
nor replace a newer local one. Channel queries with
includeScheduledMessages save their scheduled messages locally, and the
active channel lists refresh when the scheduled messages of a channel
change. The local store also keeps pinnedAt and the skip flags.

The change adds client and channel APIs for scheduling and managing messages. The client keeps scheduled messages in local state, persists them, reconciles query results and events, uploads attachments, and sends pending operations to the API. Channel state includes scheduled messages matching its CID and refreshes active channel queries when those lists change. The Channel.scheduledMessages property changes to a non-null list that defaults to empty. Tests cover persistence, synchronization, API behavior, and channel-state updates.
Priority: Normal
Merge Risk: Low · up to 5c0d3
Scheduled messages that the server sends immediately may not get the channel id on the response. If the server returns an empty cid, the background sender can stop processing later pending changes. This is an unlikely edge case with a one-line fix, so the change is mergeable with follow-up.

A rabbit queued a message to send, Then watched its schedule round the bend. It hopped through state and storage deep, While dates and attachments learned to keep. The channels refreshed; the list grew neat, And bunny stamped the task complete.

When its date had passed, the server sends the message at once. The
message it returns now carries the channel cid, which the sender needs
to save it as a sent message.
…essages
A server delete that fails keeps the message deleted and shows it with
the failure, so a resend or another delete sends it again. A create
sends the content whose uploads were checked; a file added meanwhile
goes out in an update after its upload.
Changes made before the saved messages are loaded are kept: a sent or
deleted event removes the saved row too, and a message changed before
is merged with the saved one, keeping the pending requests of both.
Loading and sending run under an exception handler, so a failure is
logged and stops sending until the next connection. The scheduled
messages of a channel or thread emit only when they change.
