Work around bug in ExplicitImports - #232

Currently `ExplicitImports` seems to mishandle the ``` using LightBoundsErrors: LightBoundsError as BoundsErrorLight ``` so we use ``` using LightBoundsErrors: LightBoundsError const BoundsErrorLight = LightBoundsError ``` as a temporary work around.

Ref: JuliaTesting/ExplicitImports.jl#185. Not very happy about this, but trying to be a good upstream.
