Bumps the version to 2.2.1. Included since 2.2.0:

DateTimeparameter before 1970 or after 2106 was silently stored as NULL, becauseDateTimewas bound as a TIMESTAMP value.DateTimeparameters are now bound as DATETIME, asTimestampparameters already were. Rows written this way with earlier versions are already NULL and need to be written again. MySQL 8.4 stored these values correctly.
