chore(release): finalize changelog for v2.1.0 - #90

Rename the Unreleased section to 2.1.0 and add the compare links. Add the missing PR numbers (Locastic#87, Locastic#89) to their entries. Set the master branch alias to 2.x-dev: it still said 2.0-dev although master holds the 2.1 features, and 2.x-dev needs no bump for later minors.

Problem
The 2.1 work (#85, #87, #88, #89) is on master, but the CHANGELOG still lists it under Unreleased, and the master branch alias still says
2.0-dev.Changes
