This wiki holds what carries a date: the decisions that bind more than one Laplace repository, each with the options that were weighed and what each would have given, and the lessons the project paid for. It never describes the present state: that is generated, or lives in the repositories, where a review sees it change.
A decision is never edited to say something else. When one is reversed, a new page names the one it replaces.
