Fixes #2775
The "View code" button on plugin demo pages linked to blockly-samples/blob/main/plugins/..., which now returns a 404 because the plugins moved to the blockly repo. This updates the link in scripts/gh-predeploy.js to point to blockly/tree/main/packages/plugins/. I checked that the new URL works for workspace-minimap. The examples link is unchanged because the examples are still in this repo.
