`vuln_check` fails on `main` with 14 reachable vulnerabilities published since the last green run (2026-09-09). This blocks #21.

  • Go 1.26.8 → 1.26.10 (crypto/tls, crypto/x509, net/http, net/textproto, html/template), in go.mod and every workflow that pinned 1.26.8.
  • golang.org/x/net v0.55.0 → v0.60.0, golang.org/x/text v0.39.0 → v0.42.0 (x/net requires it), google.golang.org/grpc v1.82.1 → v1.83.1: the smallest fixed versions; `go mod tidy` moves x/sync, x/sys, cel.dev/expr and genproto accordingly.

Local: `govulncheck ./...` reports no called vulnerabilities; `go build ./...` passes. Changelog: `docs/changelogs/2026-11-04-bump-vulnerable-deps.md`.

v2.4.0's source keeps the old dependencies, so fixed binaries need a patch release after this merges.

govulncheck reported 14 reachable vulnerabilities on main: the Go 1.26.8
standard library, golang.org/x/net v0.55.0, golang.org/x/text v0.39.0 and
google.golang.org/grpc v1.82.1. Move to the smallest fixed versions and pin
Go 1.26.10 in go.mod and every workflow.

v2.4.0's source has the dependencies govulncheck flagged (#22), so binaries
start with v2.4.1. Install examples point to it; add its release notes.

…d an install script (#21)

* ci: release binaries for five platforms with checksums and an install script

Releases had no binaries; only make build from a clone reported the right
version. A tag push (or a manual run for an existing tag) now builds sqlc for
linux/amd64, linux/arm64 (static, CGO, musl), darwin/amd64, darwin/arm64
(CGO, macOS 12+) and windows/amd64 (no CGO), runs each on its own platform,
and attaches the archives, checksums.txt and build provenance to the release.
scripts/install.sh installs a release after checking its SHA-256.

* docs: publish the first binaries as v2.4.1

v2.4.0's source has the dependencies govulncheck flagged (#22), so binaries
start with v2.4.1. Install examples point to it; add its release notes.
