About

I am a Dallas Senior Paralegal and healthcare compliance expert witness. Counsel retains me in writing, in federal matters nationwide. I am not an attorney, and I do not give legal advice.

My testimony draws on three decades of building and operating FDA-regulated healthcare companies: surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, and device companies. I no longer own or operate those facilities.
