Before: Authenticated Helm deployments lack a packaged file-based credential path across Vermeer, Hubble, PD and HugeGraph.
After: Package a secure-only token helper, validate file-backed signing configuration before listeners start, use versioned HMAC-SHA256 without legacy downgrade, and support Worker schema credential files with trusted PD discovery. Preserve the legacy source-only tool interface.
Validation boundaries
The author reports focused Go/race, authentication and image checks; these are not independent review or ASF CI results. The full dev suite retains reported baseline fixture/scheduler failures. Worker-replacement recovery and a compatible published runtime image remain integration prerequisites. Coordinate paired Helm and documentation changes without implying release/deployment acceptance.
