Description
Replaces the httpx dependency with httpx2, following the migration guide.
This follows along from the changes to Tiled.

Changes the underlying dependencies to match Tiled. Httpx2 is meant to be a replacement for httpx.

How Has This Been Tested?
Testing was done by starting up a queueserver + redis in a docker compose file. I tested both the toy authenticator and the entra authenticator, to ensure that both incoming and outgoing http was working properly.
