The spec lint and the public-surface check (R31 to R34, R43).
spec-lint.mjschecks a posted feature or task body's structure before any Opus checker reads it: sections, template leftovers, Facts that resolve at the cited commit, Tests and Modules sizes, Behaviours rows against Tests lines. The spec session runs it before posting and before each checker; atask:readylabel that fails it goes back totask:draft.runnable.mjsreads a feature's Depends on graph: cycles, cross-feature dependencies, chain length, and the tasks the deliver skill may start.docs-surface-check.mjsin the push hook and CI: a change to the CLI tree, config, error table, MCP tools, HTTP routes, client exports or events updates a website page or carries aDocs: none (<reason>)trailer; a test holds the configuration reference to every accepted key.Review
