Setup preserves existing environment files, checks installed system packages before invoking apt, verifies the Node download checksum, and makes the pinned toolchain available to non-interactive login shells. PostgreSQL uses disposable-test settings with durability disabled.

Evidence

• Before: This orb had no PHP, Composer, or test database. Node was v26.12.1 rather than the repository's v16.13.0 pin.
  After: composer check-platform-reqs passes; a clean login shell finds PHP 8.2.35, Node v16.13.0, and npm 8.1.0, and connects to PostgreSQL through PDO.
• Before: No lifecycle scripts prepared or repaired the environment.
  After: Repeated .agents/setup runs succeed. The final warm run took 4.96 seconds, preserved both environment files, and added no duplicate profile hook. .agents/resume started PostgreSQL in 0.24 seconds; its warm run took under 0.01 seconds.
• vendor/bin/codecept run unit --fail-fast passed: 699 tests, 2,201 assertions.
• Production webpack verification found an existing case-sensitive entry mismatch: the purchasable price field config requests purchasablepricefield.js, but the source is PurchasablePriceField.js. Other bundles compiled. Left unchanged as unrelated.

Orb setup becomes available to future orbs after this PR merges into 5.x.
