• Added new strings to lang/en/commerce.php and a "Command Palette" section to CHANGELOG-WIP.md.

Testing

New Pest tests are in tests/Feature/CommandPalette/, but they have not been run. The suite and phpstan fail to boot on a clean 6.x because cms-6's latest yii2-adapter commit (8c7e78eaf13) leaves Element::registerEvents undefined. Code style passes. These need running once that is fixed.
