Overview
Adds out-of-memory (OOM) evidence to depot jobs <id> and depot jobs metrics <id> after the existing job/metrics table output.

Table mode shows detection status (unavailable, none observed, or detected), optional unavailable reasons, timestamped kernel-kill events (PID and sanitized process name), and truncation when more than 100 events exist. Help text now calls out OOM alongside CPU/memory metrics. JSON responses pass through the API’s oom payload unchanged.

Bumps the generated Depot API Connect/protobuf modules to the revision that exposes GithubActionsJobOOM. Shared rendering lives in new writeOOM; tests cover job and metrics commands in JSON and table modes, including older servers with no OOM data and terminal-safe process names.
