…et#135840 (libs-native) All three refreshed branches were rebased onto the then-current upstream (bb9c5c8 had touched every payload file) with the net-diff gates green, force-push replaced the stale slices, and the PRs went live with the approved drafts. In flight now equals the policy cap of four.

Superseded by #136194, which consolidates the remaining native-libs fixes and includes device validation (hello world, child process start, network interfaces, RSA/TLS through the OpenSSL shim). Note This comment was drafted with AI assistance (agent tooling) under the author's direction. |
dotnet#136194 carries N3/N4/N7/N8/D with device validation. Closed dotnet#135839, dotnet#135840, dotnet#135866 and dotnet#136187 in its favor and replied to am11 on dotnet#136132. Runtime in flight: dotnet#136185, dotnet#136186, dotnet#136194; SDK: dotnet#56732, dotnet#56733.
You will need owners of multiple different areas to sign-off on the consolidated PR. It will be a very slow process vs. per-area targeted PRs. |

The OpenHarmony sysroot lacks qsort_r and zstd's autodetection does not
handle it; reuse the Android ZSTD_USE_C90_QSORT workaround.
Test: native libs cross-build for openharmony-arm64.
