Claude Code

Global instructions for Claude Code live in claude/CLAUDE.md and global settings (permission allowlist, plugins) live in claude/settings.json. Symlink them into ~/.claude/ so Claude picks them up across all projects:

The model is deliberately left out of claude/settings.json so it can differ per machine. Personal machines use Claude Code's default model. On work machines, set it in ~/.zshrc.local (sourced at the end of .zshrc, not checked in):

claude/skills/ is what ~/.claude/skills points at. It holds the feanil plugin (claude/skills/feanil/): a skills-directory plugin, which Claude Code loads in every session as feanil@skills-dir with no install step, so a new skill under claude/skills/feanil/skills/ is picked up without touching ~/.claude. Skills are namespaced, /feanil:<skill> when invoked by hand; Claude loads one on its own when a task matches its description, so that line is what makes it fire.

• pr-review-drafts - building, updating and submitting draft (PENDING) GitHub pull request reviews over the API, plus scripts/anchors.py for turning a PR diff into the line / side anchors a review comment needs.
• ghsa-advisory-api - reading and writing repository security advisories over the API, and working in their temporary private forks.
• cvss4-scoring - CVSS 4.0 base scoring, with scripts/score.py.
• git-history - fixups, autosquash, reword and partial staging without a TTY, and the confirm-before-rebase rule.

Evals for the skills live in claude/skills/feanil/evals/; run one with

A private plugin of the same shape lives in a separate repo and is linked in as claude/skills/workdesk (gitignored).

claude/hooks/workdesk-status.sh is a SessionStart hook that prints one line of work state from that private repo when it is present and nothing otherwise.

claude/hooks/gh-readonly.py is a PreToolUse hook that auto-approves read-only gh api calls (registered in claude/settings.json). Tests live alongside it:

config/shellrc/claude_sandbox/ is a credential-isolated Docker sandbox for running Claude Code; see its own CLAUDE.md for details.

CLAUDE.md at the repo root is a symlink to this README, so project-level guidance for Claude Code stays in sync with what humans read.
