The emsdk image is multi-arch, so Apple Silicon builds run natively. The build needs: - x265: no x86 -march or assembly for the wasm32 target - zlib: remove the shared library 1.2.11's CMake always builds, which emsdk 6 would link dynamically - FFmpeg: static pkg-config flags and the C++ runtime for x265, zimg and harfbuzz - INCOMING_MODULE_JS_API with mainScriptUrlOrBlob, which emsdk 6 otherwise ignores, so threads start from the core script The multi-threaded core no longer has a separate ffmpeg-core.worker.js, so the workerURL option and the core-mt ./worker export are removed.

We were emulating Emscripten (old Emscripten 3 didn't run on ARM) which made it really horrible to do builds natively on M-series mac. This just bumps the Emscripten version (still works!) and in the process stops us from linking out to the separate ffmpeg-core.worker.js.
Isn't green because of existing failures, I will fix CI / testing upstack
