ubuntu-latest is moving to Ubuntu 26.04, and the CI fails there in three ways. ruby/setup-ruby has no Ruby 3.1 or older for it, and its Ruby 3.2 lacks HAVE_STDBOOL_H, so bson 4.15.0 fails to compile with "unknown type name 'bool'" (Ruby Bug #21340). MongoDB 8.0 also refuses to start on the runner kernel 7.0.0-*-azure (SERVER-136848).

This tests Ruby 3.3 or later, and passes GLIBC_TUNABLES=glibc.pthread.rseq=1 to MongoDB, which skips its kernel check. mongodb-extra-env is not released yet, so supercharge/mongodb-github-action is pinned to its current main.

ubuntu-latest is moving to Ubuntu 26.04. ruby/setup-ruby has no
builds of Ruby 3.1 and older for it, so those jobs fail with
"Unavailable version". Test Ruby 3.2 or later instead.

ruby/setup-ruby builds Ruby 3.2 for Ubuntu 26.04 with GCC 15, and its
config.h lacks HAVE_STDBOOL_H. bson 4.15.0 compiles its extension with
-std=c99, so it fails with "unknown type name 'bool'". See
https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/21340. Test Ruby 3.3 or later.

mongod 8.0.34 refuses to start on Linux 6.19 or later because of a
TCMalloc rseq issue (SERVER-121912). The Ubuntu 26.04 runner reports
its kernel as 7.0.0-*-azure, so the exemption for fixed kernels does
not match (SERVER-136848). Setting glibc.pthread.rseq=1 disables the
TCMalloc per-CPU caches, and mongod skips the check.

mongodb-extra-env is not in a release of the action yet, so pin it to
the current main.
