Update Rust tracing docs for new sentry-tracing layers #20289

sentry-rust 0.49.4 split the tracing integration into independently selectable SpanLayer, LogLayer, ErrorLayer, and BreadcrumbLayer and deprecated sentry::integrations::tracing::layer(), SentryLayer, EventFilter, and the related filter/mapper helpers (getsentry/sentry-rust#1342, getsentry/sentry-rust#1348). The Rust docs still show only the deprecated layer() and event_filter/EventFilter APIs, so copied snippets now emit deprecation warnings.

The other changes in 0.49.4 don't affect the docs. The MSRV bump to 1.89.0 (getsentry/sentry-rust#1365) doesn't matter because the docs don't state an MSRV. The 409 already_exists span status mapping (getsentry/sentry-rust#1353) doesn't matter because the docs don't describe status mapping.
