Fix Rust automatic breadcrumbs docs for tracing layers #20347

The Rust breadcrumbs page (docs/platforms/rust/common/enriching-events/breadcrumbs/index.mdx, "Automatic Breadcrumbs") says breadcrumbs are recorded automatically from TRACE and DEBUG events when using the tracing integration. Since sentry-tracing was split into separate layers, tracing events only become breadcrumbs when BreadcrumbLayer is installed, and BreadcrumbLayer is now documented as primarily supporting legacy workflows.

• Verify the log crate half of the same sentence against current sentry-log behavior.
