What - the rung-4 docs debt in the CLI README: the wish example taught a body the live door refuses (single top-level outcome/band, no type), and the intro still said "optimizer systemtenders".

Changes - steer and seek wish files, both stating type; seek shows form, region, criterion, budget. Features line speaks the family; optimizer-era wording out.

Docs-only; no code change.

Held for review.

The wish example spoke a grammar the live door refuses twice over: a
single top-level outcome/band (the claims-list shape landed in
September) and no type field (required since the family dialect). The
README now shows a steer file and a seek file, each stating type; the
features line and the optimizer-era wording ("optimizer systemtenders",
"optimization runs") speak the estate as it is.
