Adds the user guide for the Prometheus Astro Tyr harmonic-drive mount and its dedicated INDI 0.3.0 driver.
The guide covers USB and TCP setup, required firmware, site/time and standard-time offset handling, mount configuration, Home/Park, tracking compensation, manual alignment, Magicsee R1, Wi-Fi settings, troubleshooting and manufacturer support. Includes driver metadata, the required 300x300 WebP mount thumbnail and a 300x300 official manufacturer logo.
Moved out of the driver contribution at indilib/indi-3rdparty#1397 following the maintainer's request. That PR removes the bundled guide, README and man page and retains licence notices.
Validation:
npm ciandnpm run buildpass (497 generated pages, including Tyr and its search index).
