KMServer now reads HEIF, HEIC and AVIF pages, so the page no longer says they are undecoded. It lists what is still missing instead: image sequences, grid-based and animated AVIF, and container rotation for AVIF. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Media formats section still says KMServer has no HEIF, HEIC or AVIF decoding. kmworks/kmrs#319 moves all three to libheif, so this replaces that line with what remains unreadable, removes Intel Macs from the release platforms, and notes that the first build downloads prebuilt libraries.
Merge this after kmworks/kmrs#319: pushes to
