MachineFabric

An operating system asks which app should open a file. MachineFabric asks what you want the file to become, and makes it on your own machine, with your own models.

FabricLoom · coming soon

Turn the files you have into what you need: summaries, transcripts, spreadsheets, searchable text. A desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux that runs your own models locally and needs no account.

Say what you want done to a file. CapDAG finds the capabilities that do it and wires them into a machine. Capabilities are named by URNs, provided by cartridges, and planned and run by one protocol in every implementation. The specification and the registry are open; the command line is coming soon.

Generate Rust, C, Go, Python, Swift and TypeScript from ordinary Lake projects. Lean checks and compiles the program; lungo runs it on one runtime behind an idiomatic API in each language.

A drop-in replacement for cargo that makes Rust builds faster, with nothing to configure. Every build goes into one centrally managed cache that gives disk space back on its own, and QuickRust can tell you where the time went.
