What changed in this PR
Prepares DXC’s release notes for version 1.10.2611, separating the retail release from experimental Shader Model 6.11 changes. This is a documentation-only update.
Changes:
- Names the 1.10.2611 release and moves existing SPIR-V entries into it.
- Keeps experimental Shader Model 6.11 notes under Upcoming Preview Release.
- Adds notes on DXIL
insertvaluesupport and compiler performance improvements, and updates the reference to feature blog posts.
