Add corepack list -g and ls (including corepack -g ls) to inspect the versions of npm, pnpm, and Yarn installed in the Corepack cache. Output is sorted by package manager and descending version, marks recorded global defaults, and supports --json for scripts.

The command reads local state without contacting registries or changing the cache, defaults, or project. Missing caches and incomplete or invalid cache entries are handled explicitly. The README documents the scope and output.

Validation on Node.js 24.20.0:

  • Bundle and shims built successfully.
  • Full Vitest suite with NOCK_ENV=replay and retries disabled: 9 files passed; 181 tests passed and 1 existing expected failure, including all 10 new CLI tests.
  • TypeScript (tsc --noEmit), repository-wide ESLint (--max-warnings=0), and git diff --check passed.

Local test setup isolates inherited proxy settings from CLI fixtures while retaining proxy access for the live npm-key check. Compilation caches were disabled. No tests were skipped or modified for these environment adjustments.

Closes #566.

Implementation and automated validation were performed by Codex.
