Fixes #783

Node.js 25 stopped shipping Corepack (nodejs/node#57617), but the README still treated the bundled copy as the default and the npm install as a fallback hidden in a collapsed section.

  • Split "How to Install" into Node.js 14.19.0–24.x (bundled, run corepack enable, still preferred on supported releases per the discussion in README.md needs fixing now that corepack is not bundled with nodejs #783) and Node.js versions without bundled Corepack (install from npm).
  • Moved the npm install steps out of the <details> block, and noted that corepack enable isn't needed afterwards since the npm package already installs the yarn/pnpm shims.
  • Changed the update command from npm install -g corepack@latest to npm install -g corepack. A bare name lets npm pick the newest version whose engines match the running Node.js (e.g. 0.34.7 on Node 25, since 0.35.0+ requires ^22.22.2 || ^24.15.0 || >=26.0.0), while @latest installs 0.36.0 regardless and only warns. The bare form still upgrades an existing global install.
  • Fixed the corepack disable description: it locates Corepack on the PATH, not Node.js.

Node.js 25 no longer ships Corepack, so split the install section by
whether Corepack is bundled and make the npm install steps visible.

Switch the update command from `corepack@latest` to a bare
`corepack`, which lets npm pick the newest release compatible with the
running Node.js version instead of forcing one whose `engines` may not
match.

Also fix the `corepack disable` description, which locates Corepack
rather than Node.js.

It was written when Corepack shipped with every Node.js release and
doesn't fit the section for versions where npm is the only option.
