The 0:03 headline held for two clap intervals while the requests used one, making the film drag. It now uses the same ~1.92-second cadence as all four questions. The longer closing copy gets two intervals (~3.83 seconds), with all three lines shown together before a quick fade.
Both formats now run 16.550 seconds at the original drum tempo. Copy and layouts stay unchanged. Updates the exports, transcript and versioned player metadata; campaign website pages are unchanged.
Validation: film lint/type checks, full export decoding and measured beat/fade checks, independent pacing review in both formats, website build, plain coverage and site integrity.
