The pfs-footer webring row is being rolled out fleet-wide on purpose (and the ring verifier reads it), so it comes back after the one-line site footer; the baked pit.world global footer stays last. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Restores the @profullstack/footer webring row (pre-rendered copy + embed.js) on the bbs.profullstack.com front page, per the fleet rollout; the ring verifier reads it. The one-line site footer drops its copyright (the ring row carries it), and the baked pit.world global footer from #151 stays last.
