I went to upgrade Try PureScript to use spago only, but it refers to
harmonia, and Spago chokes on that package because an entry in its registry index uses a 432-character description and that exceeds the 300-character limit in Spago’s bundled registry-lib. Spago reads all versions before selecting the requested one, so this also affects0.2.0, even though in the used package version the description is only 286 characters. The registry now permits descriptions up to 500 characters via purescript/registry-dev#775. We need to bump Spago’s registry-lib dependency to pick up that change. This change updates registry-lib and adapts the description and job-query APIs. It also adds the SPDX license IDs dependency now imported by the library.
The updated library no longer exports
loadAndSolve, so Spago now loads the reachable dependency manifests before callingsolve.
