An error occurred: The dashboard needs an interactive terminal. #695

Describe the bug
The cotp dashboard doesn't open in version 1.11.0. cotp list works fine.
To Reproduce
- Applied standard Arch updates via pacman, which updated cotp to version 1.11.0
- The tui doesn't open anymore. Tried in Konsole and Yakuake.
Expected behavior
The tui should open as before.

Could not reproduce the issue on my Konsole terminal. Can you try this branch to check if it improves on your side: #696.

Sorry I'm not sure how to try it. I think it'll work. I remembered that I've an alias for cotp in .bashrc to pipe the password via stdin, which was causing the error. cotp works fine after I removed the alias. The new UI looks great!
