Fedora 45 will be released next week, so we should have it in the CI for the 6.42 release branch, replacing Rawhide that we only want to exercise on ROOT master.

The config is just fedora44.txt copy-pasted.

The next problem is that sklearn is not available on the Fedora 45 images, and there there is one tutorial that doesn't declare the dependency. I suggest to avoid using sklearn in that particular tutorial:
