[CVE-078]

Bumps the pinned commit to v0.4.0 (CVE-078/bankstand-runelite@3622752). Also names what is sent in the install warning.

Since v0.2.0:

• The device token is only sent to the server it was paired with, and redirects are never followed.
• Disconnect also revokes the device on the server.
• New opt-in toggles, off by default: Session log, Loot log and Slayer tracker.
• Diary progress also sends the game's per-task diary values.
• Fresh Start, Last Man Standing and any later world mode are skipped.
