Follow-up to #926 and #927. Testing showed ChatGPT ignores the "If you are ChatGPT…" instruction from #927: it treats fetched pages as information, not commands (a prompt-injection defense), so it kept asking which coding agent to set up.
This rewrites the ChatGPT guidance as a plain fact the model can relay to the user:
The description change from #927 ("…or connect Runpod in ChatGPT") stays.
