Package pins that stay explicit: EPPlus 4.5.2.1 (LGPL vs later commercial licenses), ImageSharp 3.1.12 (3.2.0+ needs a Six Labors community license for Release; suppress the known 3.1.12 advisories until upstream decides), Roslyn 4.10.0 (Buildalyzer 9), MSBuild 18.0.2, and threading analyzers 17.14.15. Adapt internals to JSPool 4 (JsPool/JsPoolConfig/PooledJsEngine) and NUnit 5 (TestDelegate -> Action). Add Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.Extensions.Azure with ReadSql coverage, and stabilize Lunr/Handlebars tests for culture and whitespace. Sync Statiq.Core with the Web copy: AngleSharp Descendants(), CreateTree null check, and SetDestination argument wrapping.
