This upgrades all dependencies that could be safely upgraded. It unfortunately requires an MSRV bump, but given all of the rustsec advisories that this fixes I feel like it's unavoidable.

This was triggered by crypto-bigint getting RUSTSEC-2026-0387, with no fix for the version that rage was using.

This fixes the following advisories:
- RUSTSEC-2026-0385 (`ctutils`)
- RUSTSEC-2026-0386 (`tokio`)
- RUSTSEC-2026-0387 (`crypto-bigint`)
- RUSTSEC-2026-0173 (`proc-macro-error2` is unmaintained)

It also moves off the yanked `chacha20 0.10.1` and `wnaf 0.14.0`.

`pkcs1` is held at 0.8.0-rc.4 because `rsa =0.10.0-rc.18` does not compile
against 0.8.0-rc.5.
This fixes the following advisories:
- RUSTSEC-2026-0367
- RUSTSEC-2026-0368
- RUSTSEC-2026-0369
This fixes RUSTSEC-2024-0408.

The ignore had no pointer to the exit condition, so whoever encounters it next
would have to rediscover the dependency chain and the upstream work.

Reference the tracking issue and the upstream PR (str4d/rage#648) that moves
age to p256 0.14 and crypto-bigint 0.7.6. Comment-only change; cargo audit
still reports no vulnerabilities.
