Releases @subql/node-core 19.4.0 and @subql/node 6.5.0.

`@subql/node-core` 19.4.0

Dictionary v1 queries no longer retain every parsed query document, so a long sync's memory stays bounded (fix(node-core): stop dictionary v1 queries retaining every parsed document #3048).
Dictionary v1 handles null and non-standard response bodies. A timed-out query is now aborted (fix(node-core): harden dictionary v1 responses and abort timed-out queries #3051).
A fork found while registering an unfinalized block no longer fails the Expect best header and checking header to be at the same height assertion (fix(node-core): rewind a fork found while registering an unfinalized block #3052).
DictionaryV1 sends queries with a protected query() method instead of an Apollo client, and @apollo/client is no longer a dependency (fix(node-core): stop dictionary v1 queries retaining every parsed document #3048).

`@subql/node` 6.5.0

Moves from @subql/node-core ~19.0.0 to 19.4.0, so Substrate projects get the fixes above and those from 19.1.0 to 19.3.1.
The spec version dictionary query uses DictionaryV1.query() (fix(node-core): stop dictionary v1 queries retaining every parsed document #3048).

subquery#437 depends on @subql/node-core@^19.4.0 and can be merged once this is published.
