Fixes #479

TilingWindowManager connects an unmanaging handler to every window with connectObject(..., this). Its owner is the long-lived TilingWindowManager, and MetaWindow has no destroy signal, so gnome-shell's signal tracker never drops the entry. Every window ever opened stays referenced for as long as the extension is enabled.
