The Linux ecosystem jobs use Playwright versions that cannot install Chromium on
ubuntu-26.04. Theubuntu-latestimage caused four jobs to fail during migration or browser setup in this run.Pin the Linux ecosystem test runner to
ubuntu-24.04to keep browser installation compatible with those projects.
