Summary

• Synchronize the detector-owned R3-14 Phoebus screens with tested SNS BOB commit 73f4d0c.
• Add native BOB versions of:
  • detector information, configuration, and layout;
  • measurement dashboard and information;
  • TPX3 API and alarm panels;
  • MPX3 alarm panel.
• Update TPX3 and MPX3 embeds to use the native BOB panels.
• Remove the obsolete TPX3 diagnostics action, whose target is not shipped.
• Retain the legacy OPI files for compatibility.
• Add the screen refresh and qualification evidence to the R1-8-0 release notes.

The 12 imported detector-owned files are byte-identical to the SNS versions.

SNS-wide ADet/R3-14/common screens remain in the site BOB repository and are intentionally not copied into this module.

No driver source, PV names, IOC databases, NDArray addresses, acquisition behavior, or data processing are changed.

Runtime qualification

The source SNS screen set was tested with the TPX3 and MPX3 emulators, including:

• image display;
• row and column profiles;
• histogram display;
• interactive ROI selection.

Validation

• Full IOC build passed.
• 346/346 deterministic C++ tests passed.
• 3/3 dependency-report tests passed.
• 11 implemented coordinate-map cases passed; five planned physical SpIDR 2×4 cases remain deferred.
• 55/55 Phoebus BOB files passed XML validation.
• REUSE validation passed for 388/388 files.
• All eight new native BOB embed targets are present.
• 12/12 imported files match the tested SNS source byte-for-byte.
• git diff --check passed.

Hosted CI should confirm the default, AddressSanitizer, and UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer jobs.
